Separately from the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Change-of-mind returns

Within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us the parcel is still your responsibility.

If something is wrong with your order

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will cover return postage and either replace it or refund you.

Handmade variation is not a fault

Colour, finish, weight and dimensions vary slightly between handmade pieces, and natural dyes settle differently batch to batch. That variation is characteristic of the craft. If a piece is genuinely not as described, that is a different matter and your Australian Consumer Law rights apply.

How to start a return

1. Message us with your order number and what you would like to do.
2. We will confirm the return address.
3. Pack the piece as it arrived and send it tracked.
4. Once it arrives and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method or send the exchange.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within three business days of us receiving and checking the return. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
